41 YEARS

The Snack Bar story began in 1984, in the days when Grand Lake was a quiet mountain town few had discovered. Forty-one years later, we're still serving ice cream from the same building and holding true to the mission we started with: to craft the best quality food and ice cream possible.

 

Whether it’s carefully ensuring every bucket turns out just right while being churned, making sure the menu always has a variety of flavors, or sourcing the finest ingredients, quality means everything to us. In a world that’s constantly changing, our goal is to keep the things you love consistent.
